My Golf Journey

I have always been a competitive athlete, growing up I tried many sports including ice hockey, soccer and softball but there was something about golf that I found beautiful. To me, golf was more than a sport, it was a passion. The thrill of draining a putt. The extraordinary sound when you flush an iron shot. Golf has shaped me into a very honest, caring and diligent person. I have met the most amazing people through golf. Most importantly, golf has given me lifelong friends which I will cherish forever.

Honestly, I would not be where I am today without my dad. My dad had a strong passion for golf and introduced my brother and I to the game at an early age. I started playing in competitive tournaments at the at the age of six. Shortly after, our family vacations turned into tournaments that we traveled around the country for. It is no surprise that golf has been the topic of discussion in our household my entire life.

Years later and a successful junior golf career under my belt, I would go on to play Division 1 Golf for Eastern Kentucky University. Competitive golf has taught me to believe in myself, fight for what I want, and be patient for the good things to happen.

Fast forward to 2026, I am no longer playing competitively. However, I do stay connected to the game through the Arizona Golf Association and working charity golf events with BackSwing Golf Events.
