As someone who has experienced a few significant ups and downs throughout my life journey, I thought I would share some wisdom with my readers! Enjoy!

- Don’t let anyone dull your shine. Be yourself!
- Trust your gut, always! That feeling is there for a reason.
- Not everyone in your life is cheering for you, the quicker you can identify these types of people, the simpler your life will get.
- Being courteous literally takes no effort. Be kind, please.
- Make your voice heard, respect yourself enough to speak your truth!
- Life is too short not to tell someone how you feel; words left unsaid will hurt you more in the end.
- Protect your mind, body, and soul.
- Stay curious, always!
- You will go through some dark times, but the sun will continue to shine.
- Everyone grieves in their own way; don’t overthink. Let people be.
- You will start to become the people who you spend most of your time with, be careful with this!
- Energy Vampires are a real thing. Protect yourself.
- Words are powerful, think before you speak.
- You attract a bountiful life once you believe you are worthy of having one.
- Trust that what is meant for you will not pass you by.
- Make the time to call the ones you care about. It’s more sincere over the phone.
- Be wary of who you share good news or business ventures with.
- Don’t ask others for too much life advice, it usually is very biased – again, trust that gut!
- Take care of your health when you’re young, it will cause less stress later down the road.
- Try to laugh at minor inconveniences – It will lower your stress and you will be happier!
- Share your heart with others, you don’t know what someone could be going through behind the scenes.
- Don’t worry about money as much as others may think you should. Money comes and goes.
- Celebrate yourself more, it’s okay to give yourself a pat on the back now and then.
- Don’t feel bad if you need to rest for most of the day – your body is trying to communicate with you!
- Be patient, great things often take time.
- Laughter is the best medicine, have fun!
